In the event of any discrepancy, the German version of our return and refund policy is binding and only this is legally binding.
Sometimes a payment watch may not be what you expected. In this unlikely case, we invite you to consult the following conditions relating to the return of a payment watch. For any STISS equipped watch in new, unworn and unworn condition, return it with its original packaging included with the mandatory “STISS augmented watch return form” provided within 14 days from the date of receipt of the watch.
We only accept returns against signature with indication of the tracking number. Note that STISS will not accept unpaid shipments or COD packages and will not bear the shipping or return costs.
You bear the risk of loss or damage to the returned payment watch while it is mailed back to us.
The payment watch must be sent by registered mail to the address indicated at the bottom of the page of this page www.shop.stiss.ch. The payment watch, as well as all accessories, must be properly packed and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged payment watches cannot be returned or will be fully charged to the customer, respectively.
In the event of a return, we must also charge you a fee of €16.00 per payment watch, which we incurred to establish your association of the watch with your Mastercard or smart payment application. Upon receipt of your return package, you will receive the purchase price of the payment watch less the bank link fee of €16.00.

Place of delivery
We ship to all 26 countries in the EEA (European Economic Area) including the UK, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. If we do not ship to your country, please contact us directly.
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2-3 working days
- European Economic Area and United Kingdom: 5 to 7 working days
Customers are required to immediately inspect the accuracy, completeness and integrity of the payment watch delivered or collected. The customer will inform STISS of any defect immediately upon detection thereof and at the latest within 14 calendar days after receipt of delivery / collection. The customer must keep the product in the state in which it was delivered and may not use it. If the delivery is made by a service partner, the customer, by signing the delivery note, confirms that the product does not present any apparent defect. Alternatively, he must indicate the defect on the delivery note. This does not apply to hidden defects.
The delivered payment watches remain our property until final payment.
